Thank you for always having them groomed and ready to go when we pick them up! Also, Terri always gives me tips on how to better handle them.

Dave and Terri have a very clean place and our little man loves to go there! They really love on him and treat him just like we do at home which helps him be comfortable!

Terri is one of only a few who doesn't treat my dogs like they are problem animals. They even come back from boarding behaving better than when I left them! Also you guys are SUPER flexible when I call and try to get them a grooming appointment last minute.

I believe my dog is much safer and seemed happier with Dave & Terri than at another kennel.

Another kennel that we brought our furry friend to was very uninterested in conversation about our animal at all, their office space was less than inviting, and they seemed to only be interested in the fact that us being there meant more money for their business.. Very sad!!

Our dog Shiloh was there last week to receive his summer hair cut, he is a chow mix and doesn't like a bath much less getting all of his hair cut off. He came back looking great and happy. I think Dave and Terri must have wonderful patience and they run a great boarding house too. Our animals always seem happy after they have been staying there.
Very kind people, truly animal lovers and it shows. Thank you for the wonderful service you offer to pet owners in our area.

We board our animals 1 to 3 times a month and Willow Run takes better care of our animals, larger and cleaner kennels, on site supervision 24/7, away from major road for safety.

Dave and Terri always are conscientious about their service and the care of the pets...great folks!.
